As a yoga and pilates instructor, I find it extremely important to take care of my entire body inside and out. I eat organic foods, exercise daily, breathe, meditate and spend quality time with my husband, family and friends. It is extremely important for me to love the skin I’m in. Our skin is the largest organ of our body and I want mine to be beautiful, soft and to have that natural glow. I love Shaffali Skincare because it uses all natural ingredients and keeps my skin looking and feeling as young and fresh as a newborn baby’s. The anti-aging Orange Blossom + Neem Facial Moisturizer (with neroli - which is awesome) is one of my all time favorites–it just seeps into my skin and a little goes a long way. I love using the detoxifying Pineapple + Peppermint Exfoliant on my face once or twice a week; but, I also use it to slough off dry skin on my heels and to diminish dimples on my thighs. I like the Lavender + Turmeric Cleanser as well…especially the turmeric in it (which is also in the exfoliant). I keep reading about the benefits of turmeric and have yet to see it ever used well in a skin care line. Shaffali Skincare products stay true to the principles of Ayurveda and I love and respect all that they stand for. I can truly feel good about using something that is in line with the way I live my life.

I recently took my Orange Blossom + Neem Facial Moisturizer on my European trip – the size was very convenient and packable for such a purpose. Even though the trip itself was kind of a nightmare – I got very sick in Armenia, and am still coughing over 3 weeks later – the moisturizer was a sweet little comfort I enjoyed every day. The Pineapple + Peppermint Scrub creates a wonderful cooling sensation from the peppermint, while the pineapple enzymes help slough away all the ‘city dirt’ I accumulate on my face….. My skin is much smoother and my makeup application goes much quicker after using this scrub. Because of this economy, I had held off buying a new facial scrub until I could research and find where I would get the most ‘bang for my buck.’ I have been consistently using this scrub for over 2 weeks, and I feel I have at least 2 months of use left. I am a yoga student at Ja Yoga in Long Beach & tried your samples last week. Within a week I bought everything except for the cleanser & bought an extra Orange Blossom + Neem Facial Moisturizer for my daughter. I can’t tell you how amazing your products are. The only product of the Shaffali line I’ve tried thus far is the detoxifying exfoliator, and I must say I am very much pleased with the results. I have relatively good skin, and up until recently, never gave my skin or skin products much thought. After crossing the 30 mark, I decided to start caring for skin now as a preemptive strike against father time. I ventured out to try a few different products and found that Shaffali’s Pineapple + Peppermint Exfoliant works GREAT. It left my skin feeling invigorated, soft, smooth, and very “cool” for hours. The all-natural ingredients of the exfoliator give it a very pleasing aroma – I felt very relaxed afterwards, almost as if I had undergone an aromatherapy session. Overall, the product is very effective, non-oily, aromatic (yet not too effeminate), and is made of all-natural ingredients which are all big plusses for a low-maintenance guy such as myself. Looking forward to sampling the rest of the line!
