Both of these options will lead you to a listing and visual of all products available within your chosen brand.

Please note that for Shaffali Yoga & Wellness you will be led to a form which is our first step in being able to cater to you. Once we have your information we will contact you to discuss various options for your wellness practice, as well as rates. You can also send an email to yoga@shaffali.com.

• Within 5 days of receiving your purchase, please send us an email to sales@shaffali.com and include your order number and reason you would like to make a modification. Please make sure to include if you would like to do an exchange or receive store credit.

• Please note that we do not provide refunds but will be happy to accommodate special circumstances with an exchange or store credit.

• Once we have received your request, an Exchange or Store Credit Number will be provided via email upon approval, with instructions on how to handle the items you would like to exchange, replace or receive credit for.

• Store credit is valid up to 6 months.

• Once the items in question are inspected, Shaffali International may deduct a 20% re-stocking fee if the item has been used, worn or is altered from its original condition, unless noted in prior communication.
