Shopping on Our Site
Welcome to the Shaffali International, Inc. online shopping experience. Shopping with us is easy; if you know what you would like to purchase or would like a quick view of all products, select the ‘purchase’ option from the menu options from any page on the site.
Wholesalers
We welcome wholesale business, offering wholesale pricing to retailers. The submission of Tax ID, proof of being a reputable retail establishment, as well as a minimum order must be placed before a wholesale order is approved. Please select the wholesaler link at the top of any page to create a wholesale account.

Placing an Order
Make sure to log into or create a new account so that you are able to place items in your shopping bag. When you have completed purchases, select the checkout link at the top of the page.

Payment
Our accepted form of payment through our secure server is credit card. Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Order Confirmation, Status and Tracking
Once you have completed your purchase, you will be emailed your order confirmation and order number. Orders are shipped within one business day. Once orders are shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Feedback

Shipping and Handling
Our Domestic Shipping is done through the USPS with options for expedited shipping. We charge and $8 flat fee for the shipment of one item and an additional $1 per item. For International Shipping, please email us for a quote on shipping to orders@shaffali.com

Returns and Exchanges
Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges at Shaffali International. We stand behind the quality and satisfaction of our products. We are happy to provide samples of our skin care with purchase to make a decision for the future as well. If you would like samples, please email a response to your order confirmation email with which products you would like to try. In special circumstances such as receiving a damaged package or an incorrect item in your order:
- Within 5 days of receiving your purchase, please send us an email to sales@shaffali.com and include your order number and reason you would like to make a modification. Please make sure to include if you would like to do an exchange or receive store credit.
- Please note that we do not provide refunds but will be happy to accommodate special circumstances with an exchange or store credit.
- Once we have received your request, an Exchange or Store Credit Number will be provided via email upon approval, with instructions on how to handle the items you would like to exchange, replace or receive credit for.
- Store credit is valid up to 6 months.
- Once the items in question are inspected, Shaffali International, Inc. may deduct a 20% re-stocking fee if the item has been used, worn or is altered from its original condition, unless noted in prior communication.
