About Shaffali :

Shaffali was born in India and although she was raised in Rhode Island, she feels very much connected to her roots through the spiritual household in which she grew up. Shaffali holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from Boston University. She has also earned her Skin Care (Esthetician) License and her Yoga Teacher Training Certification, which she received from a beautiful and peaceful Ashram in India called Yoga Vidya Dham. Her training focused on classical teachings of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, including yoga philosophy, meditation and pranayama. Shaffali was drawn to wellness from an early age and has been practicing yoga now for over a decade. For the past 7 years she has been working in the Spa, Yoga and Wellness Industry, holding various positions in Boston, London and California. Shaffali currently resides in New York City.
 
Session
Shaffali's yoga and wellness sessions are a fluid moving meditation. They emphasize the mind, body, breath and soul connection, which she encourages each of her clients to embrace fully: "Through this embrace and awareness, I believe we can become more conscious of every aspect of our lives, in both the microcosm (our being) and macrocosm (the universe), leading us to our highest potential, and in essence, our highest self". She enjoys creating an organic and intense flow to her session through music, intuition and the energy generated from her clients.
